Chakras are energy centers within the body, they govern everything from our mood to our physical body. The workshop will have 2 parts: 1) one where we will flow with a focus on the 7 main chakras, using postures (asanas) and chanting mantras specific to each chakra to remove blocks and increase the flow of vital energy (prana); 2) sound healing session using a special 7 chakra hand hammered set from Nepal to help tune each chakra to its resonant frequency. When the charkas are balanced energy (prana) moves freely and the mind, body, and spirit act as one. We will combine inner vibrations (mantra) and external vibrations (sound healing) for a truly unique and immersive experience.
Cancellation Policy
All class cards are non refundable and non transferable. No extensions beyond expiration date. Virtual Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class through your account at any time up until class time on your own. In Person Cancellation Policy: Up to 12 hours, you may late cancel through your account without penalty. Within 12 hours of your scheduled class, there is no late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your class pack. Please be sure you can attend before registering in advance or adhere to the policies above.
