Equinox Sound Journey Join us on September 21st at Greene Moments Studio for a unique sound healing experience to welcome in the Equinox. Led by Reiki Master and Sound Healer, Caro Lopez, this 90 minute sound journey is designed to tap into the power of the equinox so that you may find clarity and peace moving into the Fall season. Caro will use a variety of instruments including her voice, as well as channel energy healing throughout the container. The September equinox is a day of balance, with the amount of light and day being equal. It’s a time for reflection of the past 9 months leading up to harvest, and it’s asking us to deeply listen into ourselves to notice what else wants to bloom before winter. What is Sound Healing? Sound healing uses the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs to balance energy, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. It has a variety of benefits such as -Reduces Stress & Anxiety -Enhances sleep quality -Clears the mind improving focus -Increases energy flow This journey is ideal for anyone looking to relax and check in with their inner landscape. You'll leave feeling lighter, with newfound space within. All levels and bodies are welcome! How to prep: -Dress comfortably -Feel free to bring an eye cover, an extra blanket and a journal to capture anything that comes up -Hydrate before in after, energy will be moving
Cancellation Policy
All class cards are non refundable and non transferable. No extensions beyond expiration date. Virtual Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class through your account at any time up until class time on your own. In Person Cancellation Policy: Up to 12 hours, you may late cancel through your account without penalty. Within 12 hours of your scheduled class, there is no late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your class pack. Please be sure you can attend before registering in advance or adhere to the policies above.
