Service Description
Join us at Greene Moments Studio for a unique sound journey led by Reiki Master & Sound Healer, Caro. This 75 minute sound journey is designed to take you on an exploration of self through different frequencies. Caro will use a variety of instruments including sound bowls and her voice, as well as channel energy healing. She will guide you to listen deeply into yourself, connect with your energy centers, and release whatever’s been blocking you from your center. Caro believes that we have the power to heal ourselves with our voices & sound. She will share some knowledge & tips with you to take home with you for your own practice. What is Sound Healing? Sound healing uses the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs to balance energy, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. It has a variety of benefits such as -Calms anxiety -Enhances sleep quality -Clears the mind improving focus -Increases energy flow You'll leave feeling lighter, with newfound space within. All levels and bodies are welcome! How to prep: -Dress comfortably -Feel free to bring an eye cover, an extra blanket and a journal to capture anything that comes up -Hydrate before & after, energy will be moving
Cancellation Policy
All class cards are non refundable and non transferable. No extensions beyond expiration date. Virtual Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class through your account at any time up until class time on your own. In Person Cancellation Policy: Up to 12 hours, you may late cancel through your account without penalty. Within 12 hours of your scheduled class, there is no late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your class pack. Please be sure you can attend before registering in advance or adhere to the policies above.
