Service Description

Caring — Without Anxiety! Many people are feeling more anxious than ever, and no one is immune from experiencing worry and fear from time to time. We hear that we should relax and chill out, but that can simply translate into caring less about others, ourselves and the world around us. While this is sometimes appropriate, we need to learn how to care without getting overly anxious. In this class, we will see how meditation and a change in our view of what does and doesn't ultimately matter can help us achieve this healthy balance.


Cancellation Policy

All class cards are non refundable and non transferable. No extensions beyond expiration date. Virtual Class Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class through your account at any time up until class time on your own. In Person Cancellation Policy: Up to 12 hours, you may late cancel through your account without penalty. Within 12 hours of your scheduled class, there is no late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your class pack. Please be sure you can attend before registering in advance or adhere to the policies above.
