We believe a powerful teacher training begins with a powerful faculty. Our 200HR Yoga Teacher Training brings together an inspiring team of teachers from Brooklyn, India, and beyond. Each faculty member offers unique expertise, from anatomy and yoga therapy to Kemetic and Sanskrit traditions, providing you with a global perspective grounded in community and care.

Together, this diverse team will guide you through the transformative journey of becoming a yoga teacher, blending ancient wisdom with modern practice, and holding space for you to grow, heal, and shine in your authentic voice.

Ngone is the founder of Gooneybeeyogi, co-founder of Greene Moments, and a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance. She brings over a decade of experience teaching yoga across schools, studios, and international retreats, always centering inclusivity, empowerment, and cultural roots.

Her yoga journey began in New York City, where she was inspired by the transformative impact of yoga on children. This calling led her to earn certifications in children’s yoga with Little Flower Yoga, Urban Yoga Foundation, and Rainbow Kids Yoga. She later completed her 300HR teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and in September 2025, she graduated from an 800HR Yoga Therapy Teacher Training, deepening her ability to support healing on both physical and emotional levels.

Ngone’s teaching approach weaves together philosophy, sequencing, meditation, trauma-aware practices, and a deep respect for yoga’s liberatory potential. In the 200HR YTT, she leads students through philosophy, teaching methodology, and practicum, guiding each participant to step into their unique voice as a teacher.

Dr. Sumit Sharma is an expert in the field of physiotherapy and yoga therapy, and the founder of Nirmal Yoga Wellness School in Rishikesh, India. With over seven years of experience as Head of the Department of Physiotherapy at a leading hospital in Rishikesh, Dr. Sumit brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the practice and teaching of yoga.

A native of Rishikesh, he has been drawn to spirituality since childhood. His curiosity led him to merge modern medical research with the ancient science of yoga, earning advanced degrees in both physical therapy and yoga therapy. This unique blend allows him to bridge the wisdom of traditional practices with the evidence-based insights of modern science.

In this training, Dr. Sumit teaches Anatomy and Physiology, guiding students to understand yoga through a scientific lens while honoring its holistic roots. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and deeply integrative, helping students see how yogic practices impact the body’s systems and support overall wellbeing.

Ramsses is a freedom guide, mentor, and lifelong student-teacher of Self-Mastery. Committed to holistic healing, he shares the wisdom of Kemetic and Smai-Tawi Egyptian yoga, African-rooted practices that nurture mind, body, and spirit.

With a deep inner drive, Ramsses dedicates his life to helping others activate and reclaim their ancestral brilliance. His grounded yet transformative approach guides students inward to uncover hidden truths and reconnect with the divine love of Self that resides within.

A U.S. Navy veteran with ten years of service, Ramsses also carries a strong background in Western medicine, having worked extensively as a surgical first assistant in orthopedics and neurospine. This unique blend of clinical knowledge and spiritual practice allows him to bridge the worlds of science and soul, offering a holistic path of healing and empowerment.

In this YTT, Ramsses leads the Kemetic Yoga immersion, inviting students into a practice of remembrance, liberation, and the cultivation of inner freedom.

Anjali is a certified and highly experienced yoga and fitness instructor with over eight years of international teaching experience across India, Kuwait, and the USA. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga Science, graduating with first division and top university rank.

Her expertise spans multiple yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Therapy Yoga, along with specialized training in prenatal, postnatal, kids, and facial yoga. Beyond traditional yoga, Anjali integrates holistic practices such as acupressure, sound healing, meditation therapy, and havan therapy, offering a unique blend of ancient tradition and modern wellness.

Anjali has taught classes and workshops in diverse settings—schools, gyms, luxury hotels, corporate organizations, and embassies—adapting her teaching to meet the needs of individuals and groups of all backgrounds.

In this YTT, Anjali guides students through asana practice, philosophy, and holistic techniques, creating mindful, balanced, and health-oriented experiences for future teachers.
